Structured feedback on specific, clearly defined elements. No general commentary. We work through defined revision rounds to keep the project moving.
Complete file delivery: Figma sources, exported assets, print-ready PDFs, and a written handoff document so nothing gets lost.

Six questions we hear most.
We design. The Web Experiences service delivers Figma files with developer documentation. We work with a small number of trusted development partners and can make an introduction if you need a build recommendation.
The Foundation package (logo + guidelines) runs 3-4 weeks. The Velocity package including web design runs 5-7 weeks. We give a specific schedule at the start of every project.
Most of our clients are not local. We have clients in 14 states. All work is done remotely via structured async communication with video calls at key milestones.
We present a complete first direction with clear context. If it is not right, we revise within the defined revision rounds. We do not start over from scratch unless the brief was fundamentally changed.
Yes. Full ownership transfers upon final payment. Source files, exports, everything. We retain the right to show the work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise.
Yes. After the initial project, ongoing design retainers are available. Rate and hours are set at the start of the engagement. We currently work with four retainer clients.
