All Ace Pro Design services are delivered digitally. No physical products are shipped under standard service terms.
Final deliverables are shared via Figma share link and/or a downloadable ZIP package containing all exported files in the formats relevant to your project. The delivery format is confirmed during the project kick-off session.

Timelines begin from the project kick-off session, which typically occurs 3-5 business days after payment confirmation. Delays caused by late client feedback, missing materials, or scope changes extend timelines accordingly.
Visual identity projects include SVG, PNG (transparent and white background), PDF, and Figma source files. Web design projects include Figma source files with all components. Print projects include print-ready PDFs with crop marks and bleed. Motion projects include Lottie JSON, MP4, and GIF exports.
